iOS Augmented Reality Game Developer
Punchcut is seeking an iOS developer to work on the development of an Augmented Reality game for iOS (iPhone) and support its deployment to the App Store.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Mastery of Xcode + iOS development game development best practices (performance tuning, scalability, security, usability, version control, QA, in-app purchases)
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Skilled at work estimation, progress tracking, bug tracking & remediation
- Prior iOS game development experience, ideally involving networked multiplayer games with client-server API integration / server-side development
- Prior experience with App Store preparation, submission, release & update process
- A focus on user-centered design & development
PROJECT-SPECIFIC TECHNOLOGIES & TOOLS
- Xcode
- 3D game development (Unity, Unreal, or SceneKit)
- ARKit
- Tools: GitHub, Jira
TASKS REQUIRED
- Starting with existing iOS Augmented Reality game prototype, develop and release iOS game to the App Store
- Work with Punchcut Product Manager to estimate, plan, track, and complete development work
- Implement 2D and 3D artwork & models produced by Punchcut designers
- Recommend and implement analytics
- Implement in-app purchases
- API definition and integration (user accounts, saved stats, leaderboards, CMS integration)
- QA – Functional, non-functional, technical, UAT
- Clear, concise documentation
- App Store submission, release, and post-release updates
PROJECT TIMELINE
- Starting ASAP
- 1-3 months of development work
- Potential for additional work on subsequent support and releases, including additional in-app purchases
