Project Manager
Punchcut is looking for a Project Manager to remotely join our team on either a full-time or contract basis. You should be able to assist a team of designers through a project from pre-planning to wrap-up. You have at least 1-2 years of relevant project coordination/management experience and are excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative agency environment.

Your main duties in this role:
The Project Manager is accountable for the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget while exceeding client expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact between Punchcut and clients
- Manage the project scope, budget, timeline, and risks
- Guide workflow and tasks; set daily, weekly, and long-term project goals and report status
- Lead meetings internally and with clients
- Capture meeting notes and ensure everyone is on the same page
- Balance the needs of Punchcut, the project team, and the client
To succeed in this position you'll need:
- At least 1-2 years experience coordinating projects.
- Impressive presentation and written communication skills
- History of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent estimating, scheduling & budgeting skills
- Proficiency in the full Google Suite, Keynote, MS Office, and various meeting software (Zoom, Skype, Meet)
- Incomparable team-building and conflict resolution skills
- A cool head, quick wit, and enthusiasm
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in an agency
- Experience managing/coordinating interactive, web/mobile, or product design projects
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Principle, Adobe CS
