Punchcut collects personal information that you provide to us such as name, email address, contact information, passwords and security data, and payment information.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering for workshops and webinars or expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites or otherwise contacting us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites. The personal information we collect can include the following:
Name and Contact Data – We may collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, company name and other similar contact data.
Payment Data – We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number), and the security code associated with your payment instrument. To the best of our knowledge your information will be stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services on the East or West coast of the United States of America. If you are accessing our Sites from outside the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in those facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see Section 1 “What information do we collect” above).
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area, then these countries may not have data protection or other laws as comprehensive as those in your country. We will however take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.
European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses – Such measures implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between our group companies and between us and our third-party providers, which require all such recipients to protect personal information that they process from the EEA in accordance with European data protection laws.
