We helped Visa envision the future of its digital payment experiences and establish unified design systems for use across the enterprise. Our work has spanned consumer, business, and internal products to improve user experiences and facilitate commerce and transactions between consumers, merchants, and banks.

We partner extensively with financial institutions and credit providers to research financial behaviors and design simple and powerful financial tools.
Consumer Banking Conversion
We worked with Capital One to conduct research into the consumer credit and banking behaviors in order to reveal key insights that would lead to increased conversion and account acquisitions. In addition, we partnered with various product marketing teams to design and develop new website experiences for new products/services.

Credit Management Experience
We helped Experian establish an extensible design system across web and mobile device experiences to improve understanding of credit scores, access personal offers and account management. We created a scalable framework to accommodate a range of future experiences, and encourage ongoing customer engagement.

Financial Advisor Matchmaking
We worked with Altruist to envision a new matchmaking service for independent financial advisors and prospective clients. We planned and facilitated generative research with consumers, developed user personas and customer journeys, and created an experience vision for Altruist’s new matchmaking system.
