Business Development Coordinator

Punchcut is looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will work closely with the Growth Leader on agency new business development initiatives, including organization of the sales function, sales automation, sales outreach, and execution of successful proposals and other sales materials. We’re looking for a highly-organized team player, interested in a career in sales, client services, and/or project/program management, and who has a keen eye for new growth opportunities and a passion for sleuthing out market trends.


  • Receive inbound new client requests and effectively track new business opportunities
  • Support day-to-day tasks of the Sales/Growth Team
  • Support planning and coordination of proposals, meetings, and client visits
  • Support qualifying/fact-finding calls with prospective clients
  • Assist in creating proposals, presentations, templates, and other sales materials
  • Maintain growth software platforms (HubSpot)
  • Maintain contact lists, automate outbound emails, and create templates
  • Manage prospect databases and client contact information
  • Design/generate business development reports, analytics, and trackers
  • Develop, support, and maintain relationships with members of Punchcut’s network
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure effective communication
  • Contribute to overall client satisfaction through responsive communication and polished professional presence


  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong internal and client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Google Workspaces (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentations)
  • Proficient in Keynote (or PowerPoint as equivalent)
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with a growth/business development team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Communications, or related field


  • Prior work experience with design or ad agencies is a plus
  • Design mindset/recognizes the value and benefits of good design/formatting in documents and deliverables


The pay range for this role is $60-90K annually. Compensation within this range determined by taking into account candidate experience, business/market financials and internal pay parity.
