The one-star rating of this travel app for iPhone have left users lamenting that it is “totally unusable,” “crap,” “lame,” “absolutely useless,” “a waste of time,” and they are “beyond disappointed.” The negative reviews number in the hundreds. The irony is that this particular app is from a company who, along with a couple other dot-coms, pioneered online travel bookings in the late 90s and early 00s. They were disruptors. These companies once saw the opportunity of a new digital medium but now suffer from taking mobile for granted.
Totally unusable. Crap. Lame. Absolutely useless. Waste of time. Beyond disappointed.
These reviews don't pull punches but the aggregated one star rating says it all.
The negativity of the reviews suggest one thing: their customers have much higher expectations of mobile and that users know when a thing has been rushed.
