The work you will present shows innovative and appropriate navigation systems, solid typography, iconography, effective storytelling, and a meticulous attention to detail.

Visual creativity is a must. You must be able to work within tight deadlines to produce quality designs that are not only well executed but are also unique and different. You should be able to think conceptually about new ways to execute interface and visual language. You are organized and think systematically as if your designs are going to be built and deployed.

You should be able to clearly articulate your ideas and design rational to other members of the team and to clients. You should be self-motivated, have a good sense of humor, work hard and play hard.

REQUIREMENTS

_ 3-5 years experience in interactive design for mobile, television, tablet, web and software.
_ Create production graphics for client-facing and internal web and mobile projects
_ A stellar portfolio that shows creative range and innovative thinking.
_ Superior communication skills. You should be able to rationalize your decisions and articulate your thoughts clearly to teams and clients.
_ Passion for design and the evolution of the interactive user experience.
_ Solid understanding of design principles and how they apply to the interactive space. Understanding of the nuances of UI design for mobile.
_ An understanding of current UI presentation-layer technologies and mobile platforms.
_ Ability to produce quality work in short timeframes and manage time efficiently.
_ Ambitious, proactive, conceptual and honest.
_ No egos please.
