Voice Agent Interaction Design

The agent proactively provides cognitive, operational, and informational assistance to the driver. The agent communicates effectively with the driver inside the car by combining voice interaction with other modalities. When the driver is outside of the car, the agent can proactively “reach out” to him using his phone.
